Jodi's Staging Consultation - for sellers living in their home ($150 flat fee includes):

• Verbal explanation of what needs to change in the house
• Written report of verbal explanations within 24-48 hours
• Explanation of why (from the buyers perspective)
• Written report includes an estimate for Staging
• Homeowners can follow the report and do the work themselves
