• We start with a Staging^® Consultation. If your home is already on the market, the listing agent may be present.
• The first walk-through is with you, homeowner to point out your favorite
  features of your home.
• During the second walk-through, you can browse my CareerBook(r)while we take detailed notes and pictures (with permission).
• After the walk-through, we’ll return to the office to prepare a detailed Staging^® Report outlining the suggested changes. The Report will be delivered within 24-48 hours.
• After reviewing the report together, you can do as little or as much of the work yourself.
• We’ll give you “homework” to be completed before the Staging^® can
  begin.
• Then, we select a day for you to leave the house so the Staging^® can
  begin.
• You return for the “WOW” tour of your newly Staging^® house.
